01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and World777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the World777 website at world777.wine, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the World777 platform and should not create an account. World777 operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving users who access the site of their own accord and accept full responsibility for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their individual jurisdiction.
02Eligibility and Registration
Age Requirement
World777 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. World777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts where the holder is found to be under 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds held subject to review under our responsible gaming policy.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold one World777 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any alias — is a material breach of these Terms. If World777 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual by any means (device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, identity document, or any combination), all accounts may be suspended, bonuses voided and winnings held pending investigation.
Registration Information
When registering your World777 account, you must provide accurate, truthful and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address. You must notify World777 promptly of any changes to this information. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended without prior notice.
KYC Verification
World777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all accounts. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of payment method at any point. KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal access.
03Account Security
Your World777 account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — are your responsibility. You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members. World777 will treat any activity conducted under your account credentials as activity conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals and other actions taken under your account.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact World777 customer support immediately at support@world777.wine. World777 will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, but cannot be held responsible for losses that occurred prior to you reporting the suspected breach.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available.
- Never share your login credentials with another person.
- Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
- Do not save your password in a shared browser profile.
04Deposits and Withdrawals
Supported Payment Methods
World777 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani members: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions on World777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods. There are no deposit fees charged by World777.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to prevent money laundering and protect members' funds. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10 PM are processed the same day. Requests submitted after 10 PM are processed the following business day. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
Verification Before Withdrawal
Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. If your account has not yet been verified, World777 will request the necessary documents upon your first withdrawal request. Withdrawal hold during verification typically does not exceed 48 hours for members who respond to document requests promptly.
Currency and Conversion
All World777 account balances, bonuses, bets and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). World777 does not handle foreign currency conversion. Members are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their own bank or payment provider if depositing from a foreign-currency account.
05Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
World777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including the Welcome Bonus, Deposit Match Bonuses, Cashback offers, the VIP Club reward structure, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion is accompanied by specific terms that set out eligibility, qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, minimum odds and expiry conditions. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Welcome Bonus
New World777 members are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount on qualifying markets before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The Welcome Bonus expires 30 days from the date it is credited.
Referral Bonus
The World777 Refer a Friend bonus of Rs 1,000 per successful referral carries zero wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately upon credit to your account. A referral is considered successful when the referred user registers a new World777 account using your unique referral link, completes KYC verification and makes a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more. Referrals that are found to involve duplicate accounts, self-referrals or fraudulent registrations will be voided.
Bonus Abuse
World777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated abuse by groups of users. Where bonus abuse is detected, World777 reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend the account without prior notice.
06Betting Rules
Bet Placement and Acceptance
A bet is considered placed and binding only when World777 confirms acceptance and a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed in error or before a market has opened do not constitute valid bets. World777 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at odds that result from a manifest error in the odds feed.
Manifest Error
A manifest error occurs when odds are published due to a technical fault or human error and are clearly inconsistent with the correct market price. In such cases, World777 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Members who knowingly exploit manifest errors, or who place bets at obviously incorrect odds, may have their accounts suspended under the Prohibited Conduct provisions.
Live / In-Play Betting
In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being operational. World777 cannot be held responsible for live bets placed where the actual match state at the time of placement differs from the state displayed due to data feed latency. Once a live bet is accepted with a reference number, it is binding. Live markets may be suspended at any time during a match at World777's discretion.
Settlement
World777 settles all bets based on official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, official ESL/Riot/VALVE results for esports). If an official result is not available, World777 uses its best judgement based on credible public sources. In the event of a disputed result, World777's settlement decision is final after internal review.
Postponed and Cancelled Events
If a match is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets that were placed during a match that is subsequently abandoned are settled based on the state of play at the time the match was abandoned, using applicable rules for the sport in question.
07Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the World777 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and may have winnings voided and funds withheld.
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate outcomes.
- Exploiting technical faults, bugs or manifest errors in the platform or odds feed.
- Coordinating with other members to guarantee bonus outcomes or arbitrage promotions.
- Placing bets as part of any match-fixing or sports manipulation scheme.
- Using World777 to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing World777 staff or other members.
- Attempting to access World777 systems beyond your own account.
- Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing others to bet from your account.
08Account Suspension and Termination
World777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud.
- Duplicate account detection.
- Request by the member themselves (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
- Discovery that the member is under 18 years of age.
- Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account suspension.
In the event of suspension due to Terms breach, World777 will conduct an investigation and notify the member of the outcome. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be restored and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, winnings derived from the breach may be voided. Genuine deposits will be returned where possible, subject to anti-money-laundering checks.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your World777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawals and cleared balances will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure. Accounts with active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will have those bonuses voided upon closure — your genuine deposit balance is not affected.
09Responsible Gaming
World777 takes responsible gaming seriously as both an ethical obligation and a core platform value. The platform offers a range of tools available to every member through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
- Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set amount of time has been spent logged in.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of six months.
- Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders displaying time spent and net balance movement during a session.
World777 does not target advertising at users who have requested self-exclusion or who have shown signs of problematic gambling behaviour. Customer support agents are trained to recognise and respond to signs of gambling harm with appropriate guidance rather than promotional offers.
10Privacy and Data
World777's collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to World777 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
In summary, World777 collects personal data for the following purposes: account registration and verification, KYC compliance, payment processing, customer support, fraud detection, and service improvement. World777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and our internal data governance policy.
You have the right to request access to the personal data World777 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data where there is no legal obligation to retain it. Submit data requests to support@world777.wine.
11Intellectual Property
All content on the World777 platform — including but not limited to the World777 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, bet-slip interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of World777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
You must not: reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any World777 content without express written permission; use World777 branding or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation; scrape, data-mine or systematically extract odds data from the platform; or attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise access the source code of World777's software.
12Limitation of Liability and Disputes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World777 shall not be liable for: losses arising from your use of the platform, including betting losses; interruption of service due to technical faults, maintenance or force majeure events; decisions made in reliance on content published on the platform; or any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage of any kind.
World777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, a bonus calculation or any other account matter, you must contact World777 customer support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. World777 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter using the contact details provided in Section 14.
13Amendments to These Terms
World777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, World777 will notify members via the registered email address and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact customer support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect. World777 will accommodate such requests provided they are received before the amendment's effective date.
Minor amendments that do not materially affect members' rights — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice.
